Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or not fresh upon delivery.

  • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Requests made after 2 hours of delivery.

  • If the product has been cooked, frozen, or altered in any way after delivery.

  • Change of mind or incorrect address provided by the customer.
